One-to-one · 4 sessions

From execution to authority

You already coordinate, and sometimes you own the outcome. You bill it as execution. In four one-to-one sessions we make that work visible, reframe it and price it. On your own work, at your pace. With proof, not self-belief.

The problem

The problem is not your rate. It is what your rate describes.

Most independent assistants sell hours of execution. In practice they organise, chase, make calls and hold deadlines for several people. None of that shows on the invoice, in the offer or in how they introduce themselves. While it stays invisible, it stays free.

Execution

The client defines the task. You deliver it.
what you bill

Coordination

You organise several people, tools or deadlines. You decide the order.
what you already do

Ownership

You carry an outcome. You make the calls and improve the system yourself.
what you can sell

The programme

Four sessions, four decisions.

One hour, one to one, on your real work. Each session ends with something you use with your clients straight away.

Session 1

The diagnostic

We place each of your assignments on the execution, coordination, ownership grid. We find what you already deliver without billing for it.

You leave withyour completed grid and the costed gap between what you do and what you bill.

Session 2

The offer

We reframe your assignments and write an offer that names coordination and ownership, with a clear scope.

You leave witha reframed offer, ready to present.

Session 3

The rate

We document your invisible work and turn it into proof. Then we prepare the conversation: announcing a rate, setting a scope, holding your position.

You leave withyour new rate and the words to announce it.

Session 4

The pipeline

We set up your prospect radar: a list of qualified prospects every week in your niche, from public sources, and a follow-up routine that is simple to keep.

You leave withyour first qualified prospects, your first message sent and your 90-day plan.

What is included

Just for you.

Already yours if you attended the masterclass: the Positioning Playbook and the five printables. We use them in the sessions; I do not sell them to you again. If you do not have them, you receive them when you pay.

Who it is for

For assistants who already do more than they sell.

It is for you if

  • you are an independent virtual or executive assistant with regular clients;
  • you sense you do more than your offer describes;
  • you want to raise your rate without losing your clients;
  • you want a pipeline that no longer depends on word of mouth.

It is not for you if

  • you are looking for your very first client: the sessions start from existing work;
  • you want software training: we work on your positioning, and the tools serve it;
  • you cannot block one hour a week for about a month.

Who runs it

Melissa Ribaira

I did the work you do, in large companies and then independently. Later, I was the one deciding what that work was worth.

  • 18 years of experienceacross executive assistance, virtual assistance, HR and running operations.
  • P&G, Citiexecutive assistance in large companies, then tech and startups.
  • 2013among the first virtual assistants in Europe, working remotely since 2009.
  • COOin startups, with three raises.

You get the method I applied at every step, made usable for your work.

Practicalities

The details.

The sessions

After payment you get a link to book your four sessions in my calendar, at times that suit you.

One hour each, by video call. Nothing is recorded. The four sessions are held within three months of payment.

Price

€480 for the four sessions, paid in full, by card. Invoiced to your business.

No Swiss VAT on your invoice. If your business is in the European Union, you declare your country's VAT yourself (reverse charge): neutral if you charge VAT to your clients, a cost to you under a small-business exemption.

Net prices in euros. Business clients only (company ID or VAT number required at checkout). No Swiss VAT charged, art. 10 para. 2 let. a Swiss VAT Act. For a business established in the European Union, reverse charge applies under art. 196 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC.

Paid members of a partner community: 20% off with the community code, so €384.

Cancellation: each session not held is refunded at €120 (€96 at the community rate), less a €5 fee per request. A no-show, or a move less than 24 hours ahead, counts as a session held. Sessions not held within three months of payment lapse, unless extended as set out in the terms of sale.

Why one to one

Your offer, your rate and your clients are like nobody else's. A group would impose a pace and an average case.

I only work with a few assistants at a time.

Questions

The questions that come up.

Do I need a paid Claude account?

No. The Playbook and the radar work on a free account; setup takes five minutes. Allow an hour for the diagnostic, possibly in two sittings. If you already pay for Claude, the radar can run on its own every week, as an option.

I attended the masterclass. What do the sessions add?

The masterclass gives you the method. The sessions apply it to your own work, one to one, all the way to the offer, the rate and the pipeline. You leave with the work done, not with notes.

Are the sessions recorded?

No. What matters ends up in your working documents: your grid, your offer, your rate, your pipeline. Something comes up? You move your session in the calendar, up to 24 hours before.

Is my client data safe?

It never enters our sessions. No client names, no identifying detail: we work from generic descriptions of your assignments. The rule is written into the tools themselves.

I am not sure it is for me.

If you attended the masterclass with Le Coin des VA, your free fifteen-minute consultation is there for that: we start from your diagnostic and you leave with a recommendation, the programme or not. The link is in the member room, to book by 15 December 2026, for a session up to the end of February 2027.

My business has a small-business VAT exemption. What does that change?

If your business is in the European Union, your country's VAT is due from you on this purchase, and the exemption does not let you reclaim it: in France, 20%, so €96 on €480 and €76.80 at the community rate. You declare it yourself; your tax office or accountant will tell you how. If you charge VAT to your clients, you declare it and reclaim it, so it is neutral. Outside the EU, your local rules apply.

What happens after the four sessions?

Your 90-day plan takes over. If you want follow-up, an extra session is €120, €96 for paid members of a partner community with the community code, valid until 31 January 2027.

Four hours to bill for what you already do.

You pick your times. We start when you are ready; all four sessions are held within three months.
